About Our ENDURANCE Running Program

Running

Starting in December, we will begin ENDURANCE Running Program that is designed to prepare you to race in a Spring 2023 Half Marathon, Full Marathon and/or a Trail Ultra Marathon Race. These programs will be challenging, motivating, and will deliver the results that you are looking for.  If your goal is to run faster, stronger and longer, then this select program is right for you.

We will provide a training schedule for any race or virtual race that you choose to participate in. Simply include your target race(s) on your registration form, and we will build out a program to get you to race day prepared and confident.

Training schedules will outline weekly run distances and workout types.  Small, similar paced groupings will meet for mid-week runs and the larger group will meet for Sunday morning long runs. Run locations vary based on the goal of each long run. We like to mix it up so we can include hills, different sights and sometimes even a little flat running… sometimes. 

Our Group training will continue until Sunday, June 4th, 2023, – join us!
