Based out of Oakville Ontario, we focus on building strong runners who train efficiently and effectively, while mitigating the risk of injury. Our training programs are based on current research in endurance training, and they are backed by coaches who care.

Registration for our 5K and 10K program runs three times a year (Fall, Winter and Spring) taking a break for the summer months. Our long distance endurance program runs throughout the year helping you train for your next target race!
